In addition to the quick printouts from basic, home-use desktop where color is not needed and does the job wonderfully. HL-2130 has a compact form factor but still larger than most photo printers deskjet in the same price bracket.

HL-2130 including not the fastest of its kind, but 20 ppm is still fast enough that you don’t depend on it waiting to get through the last few lines before you can take your documents! Initial Toner-like everyone else has said-a start-up cartridge and not full/full size version. But, assuming that you do not print the document very solid ink-still going good. Certainly better than ink jet technology.
HL-2130 is not also the quietest printer. After waking, there is an internal fan that whirs for ages and the only way to stop it manually to turn off the printer.
